Stop Press: David Holmgren to open inaugural Permaculture Gathering at Narara Ecovillage
This is to update you on Narara Ecovillage happenings in that we are delighted to announce David Holmgren, co-originator with Bill Mollison of the Permaculture movement, will open our inaugural Permaculture Gathering on Sunday 29th June.
David Holmgren and Dr Nicole Foss are on a national speaking tour and have made time to address our gathering on the topic Survive and Thrive (see the attached flyer).
We have made an adjustment to our original programme and those wishing to take this opportunity to hear talks by these eminent speakers, need to be at Narara by 8.45am for a 9.15am start. Early though it is, we feel it is well worth the effort.
For those coming by train to Narara, there is a 7.15am train from Central arriving Narara 8.45am. Narara railway station is a healthy 15 minute walk from the ecovillage.
For a lift from the station, please text Linda on 0400546323 upon departure from Central. We are easily reached by car (about a 10 minute drive) from the Gosford or Ourimbah exit.
