All members are welcome even if you don’t want to join the volunteer coordination team. You can also volunteer for the team without coming to the AGM. Just let us know which role you would like to sign up for.
A good meeting is a quick meeting and we don’t anticipate ours will take longer than 30 minutes. There’s a president’s report, a treasurer’s report and a single vote to ratify all of the positions that people have signed up for. We don’t have competitive elections for each role (so not people care!).
