Join us for a mid-week gathering with Adam Pratter, Physiotherapist. Adam will be stepping us through how to look after ourselves and each other in the garden. We will learn about the importance of warming up and stretching, correct manual handling and body positioning when doing common gardening jobs, staying hydrated and nourished, personal protective equipment and sun safety.
Please remember to bring:
- coins and any donations for the raffle
- produce or anything permaculture or garden related for the swap table. ( Remember to take back your items if no-one else has taken them)
- Seeds to deposit back to the seed bank
- a plate of food to share, labeled with ingredients and a plate, cutlery and cup.
