Guest speaker: Tim Selwyn
Tim is the owner and operator of Girri Girra Aboriginal Experiences. Girri Girra is a 100% Aboriginal-owned business operating on the beautiful NSW Central Coast.
“Our lore, language and connection to the land has sustained our culture for over 65,000 years. We are dedicated to it’s continuation- by loving it, living it and sharing it. We aim to encourage Aboriginal cultural understanding, awareness and unity in the local, national and international communities.”
With the permission and protocol passed onto him by his mentors and local elders, Tim will speak about connection through culture. This encompasses the connection to our land, its people and the spirituality of the oldest living culture on earth. Tim will challenge your attendees to think differently about what they think to know to be true and share knowledge with them to encourage growth in their mindset and understanding of Aboriginal history.
