Tell me your favourite weeds! Is it Plantain, Chickweed, Dandelion, Lantana, Stinking Roger, Nettles or Cobblers Pegs? Pat Collins will be joining us via Zoom to talk about ‘Useful Weeds at your Doorstep’.

Pat Collins will be well known to PCC members – she is the author of everyone’s ‘go to’ book on weeds – ‘The Wondrous World of Weeds‘ and lots of other books filled with information on weeds, recipes and handy tips. Pat owns and runs the popular Total Health and Education Centre (T.H.E Centre) in Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley. She qualified as a Herbalist in 1989 and then went on to qualify as an Iridologist, Reflexologist and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
